Skin as Science: Building Neothera to make skincare into skin health

We branded Neothera around the belief that skin health is a system. Our brand strategy moved skincare away from reactive treatment and toward proactive, systemic correction. This positions Neothera between mass dermatological brands and harsh pharmaceutical formulas, to achieve clinical potency without compromising skin safety..

The core of our brand development was Neothera's Skin Math framework, a system that breaks every skin condition into measurable, correctable variables, and maps every ingredient to a precise function. We developed a tone of voice rooted in clinical confidence: calm, factual and precise, with a dry wit that comes from understanding the category's nonsense intimately.

Our design and content philosophy rejected the language of beauty entirely in favour of function-first communication that respects the consumer’s intelligence.

Every Neothera pack carries a gradient that communicates visually before the copy does. Light to dark, soothing to potent—the design reflects the philosophy inside the bottle. When designing Neothera, we made sure that balance was built into the packaging itself.
